The clinic is based at JWC Health and Fitness. You are seen in a private treatment room for your assessment and hands-on treatment, with a large gym space on hand for rehab.

- By train: Holmes Chapel station is around six minutes’ walk away, two stops from Crewe on the line towards Manchester.
- By car: the clinic is close to junction 18 of the M6, with plenty of parking when you arrive.
- From Middlewich: about 4.5 miles along the A54, around 10 minutes by car. More for Middlewich patients.
- From Northwich: about 9 miles, roughly 20 minutes by car. More for Northwich patients.
