performance it’s important to consider your nutrition and what you’re putting into your body. We aim to help optimise your nutrition to improve your body composition, support your recovery from injury, help prevent illness, improve your day-to-day energy levels and maximise your vitality.
During your consultation we will take an in depth look at your current nutrition, eating behaviours and how this is influenced by your lifestyle. We will discuss your goals and what steps you can take to get there. You will be asked to complete a diet diary so we can look at your current dietary intake alongside your current physical activity which will allow us to make recommendations on how you can reach your goals by changing your nutrition.
As part of this ongoing service, we can give you guidance and education on areas in nutrition such as macronutrients, micronutrients, gut health, fuelling for sports performance, nutrition for joint health and managing nutrition around a busy lifestyle.
