Questions we hear a lot

If something’s not covered here, get in touch and we’ll talk it through.

Bring any referral letters or imaging reports (e.g. MRI scans) — they help speed up assessment. If you’re using healthcare insurance, bring your policy details and authorisation code. Wear loose, comfortable clothing such as a gym top and shorts. We recommend a sports bra for neck or shoulder assessments, and well-fitted trainers.

Initial consultations are typically 60 minutes. Follow-up appointments are 30, 45, or 60 minutes — priced accordingly.

Costs vary by service and whether it’s part of a package or a single session. A full price list is under the Services tab on the homepage. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.

Yes. We’re registered with BUPA, AXA, AVIVA, Vitality, WPA, Cigna, Healix, Medicash, and Simply Health. To complete your booking we’ll need your policy number, authorisation code, number of sessions, and details of any excess.

No. Book directly online or call us on 01270 748200. If you have GP notes, scans, or specialist letters, bring them along and we’ll factor them into your assessment.

We specialise in diagnosing and managing musculoskeletal injury, and can liaise with other medical professionals when further investigation is needed. We refer directly for private MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray; for CT scans we’ll write to your GP or consultant to authorise. We don’t prescribe medication directly in clinic, but we’ll write a referral letter to your GP or consultant when medication is part of the right plan.
